Many visualization settings can be adjusted in Cosmographia. This section explains the methods available to adjust each setting. ([4.1+] indicates features available in Cosmographia 4.1 or later.)

Setting Types:

Graphics Settings
Graphics settings enable users to turn on/off and adjust visuals.
Visual Guides Settings
Visual guides settings enable users to turn on/off and adjust informative guides that have distinct functions other than visual appeal.
Interface Settings
Interface settings enable users to adjust technical aspects of the Cosmographia interface, such as changing units, auto-hiding the toolbar, or [4.1+] changing 3D text size .
Add-ons Settings
Add-ons settings enable users to turn on/off extra built-in objects in Cosmographia, such as the International Space Station and additional asteroids.
Window Settings
Window settings enable users to switch the window mode between normal, full screen, and minimized.
